APPOINTMENT AS CEO/PRESIDENT OF THE BANK OF geographical region :-

1. President / CEO

 The candidate must have the following qualification and experience:-

1. Must be a career banker having a minimum of five years of expertise at senior level as EVP and on top of or equivalent i.e.Group Head of Financial/Business Line during a bank and possess experience and talent set to undertake responsibilities of the position effectively and providentially.
2.  Preferably be between 40 to 65 years Of age.
3. .. ought to have minimum qualification of graduation or equivalent within the discipline of banking, finance, economics, business administration and related fields.

 It will be a contract appointment for a period of upto 5 years. Salary package will be negotiable I market based. The final appointment of the President shall be subject to the clearance from SBP.
