HOW TO APPLY:-

• Candidates for the posts are required to submit a four (04) sets  for the posts of assistant professors and the lecture on the prescribed from along with attested copy of degree,result card,transcript and certificate with research work/publications.in all cases ,statement of experience must be supported by certificates. . open photograph for each set and pay order / demand draft, amounting to rs.5,000/- for the post of professor and associate professor , RS 3,00/- for the post of assistant professor  and lecture, issued in favor of the treasure, GHAZI University,Dera Ghazi Khan.
• Candidates already in service should apply through  proper channel, by due date and submit service  certificates issued by their present and  former  employee; otherwise their application will not be entertained.
• Candidates applying  for various  posts  should  apply separately and clearly mention the posts & Department.Prescribed application forms can be obtained from the office  of the undersigned or can also be downloaded from Ghazi University website.

• The University Reserves the Rights:
• Not to fill withdraw any advertised post/with hold the appointment against any post without assigning any reasons there of ar consider a person for appointment in lower cadre against the post advertised.
• To shortlist the candidates on the basis of academic  qualification and experience.only shortlisted candidates  will be called for test/interview.
• To increase or decrease the quantity of vacancies as per accessibility of funds.
• The university is not responsible if calls letter are not received due to any lapse of courier agency/post office/Telephonic messages and call.


• Applications will be received only through registered  mail.courier etc. By hand application will not be accepted, however,Ghazi University employe willing to apply are directed  to submit their application through proper channel.
• Application  are dedicated to clearly mention  t5he name of the post  applied for on the top right corner of the envelop. The applications complete  in all respects must reach in office of the registrar on and before the due date. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date qwill  not be entertained even through posted before the last date.
• Last Date for the submission of the application for all the posts is 30.09.2019 during the office hour i.e 9.00am TO 5.00pm.

NOTE:-

• The foreign qualified candidates should attach equivalence certificate  from higher education commision of pakistan.
• In case degree has not been issued , a Certificate / Notification to that effect signed by the controller of examination of degree awarding university might be accepted. in all cases statement of experience must be supported by certificates  from the employers.
• Government quotes will be observed as per policy .
• No TA/DA are going to be given to the candidates concerned twist/interview.
• Applicants for the posts of Animal Sciences must be registered with PVMC as RVMP/RAHG and for the posts of Agri.Engineering & technology must be registered with PEC, and valid certificate in this regard will be attached with the  applications.

NOTE:-

The candidate who have already applied for  the posts given in advertisement of july 2018 needed not to apply and pay processing fee again subject to fulfillment of above prescribed eligibility criteria of respective posts. However, they can submit there updated CV / Resume as supporting document to their already submitted application.
